Specific competencies

Today Sintesi is a partner capable of developing integrated turnkey projects, with competence and reliability, protection systems, soundproofing, consoles-control rooms, operator forklifts (platforms) and components for processing machines, machine tools, plants and industrial areas.

1. Design

Our industrial design division in house adopts an integrated approach in which the stylistic characterization is, from the beginning, combined with the requirements and functional specifications of the product. The expertise gained in over 30 years of experience and hundreds of style models filed, testify to our ability to develop original, innovative solutions that give exclusivity and higher value-added to the product of our customers. Digital presentations, high-definition prints, virtual videos enable our customers to introduce new projects to the market before their actual realisation.

2.Design and Development

Sintesi has a highly specialized team, formed by engineers with many years of experience, constantly kept up to date through a structured process of continued training on the new regulations on matters addressed in the Machinery Directive and the evolution of the components market. Through the most recently updated 3D CAD/CAM software, solids and construction drawings are developed, which faithfully reflect what is shown initially in the rendering.  The whole process takes place in co-engineering with our customers, allowing them to launch into production artefacts, already defined in every detail, and therefore reduce the time to market.

3. Production and logistics

Sintesi has, since its foundation, believed and invested in the vertical integration of the core phases of the production process.  All the operations of cutting, punching, bending, welding, and pre-assembly exploit the accuracy and reliability of our modern machinery operated by expert and qualified personnel. 3D design software (CAD) is integrated with machine control production software (CAM).  The direct control over the production process enables consistent quality, faster time to market and competitive costs.

4. Installation and service

Upon request, Sintesi can perform assembly and installation of its products in every part of the world.  The flexibility of our organization allows us to operate quickly and efficiently, whether it is to provide specialized supervision or to organise and manage complex sites with several teams on shifts, resulting in a turnkey service. The service department is always on hand to provide consultations, to solve any issues, send any spare parts or perform timely interventions that may become necessary.
